By utilizing instant color processing and color faxing where available, your clients can have color photographs of the property they are staying. All confirmations are faxed and maybe followed by mail depending of time available.
All commissions are paid immediately upon guest check-out with prepayment, and a maximum of 30 days after guest check-out on others. Our aim is to keep you happy and maintain a favorable relationship.
Our travel packages (brochures) are updated as new properties are added. As new or modified packages are made, these are forwarded to you.

This means all the services travel agents would normally book by making long distance calls, can be handled by a local agent. There are two processes: Query and Booking. How Caribbean Dreams Works
The Query Process
First, give us your clients' or your requests by a telephone call (345) 945-4533, by fax (345) 945-4255, or E-mail (peterson@candw.ky). We then respond with answers to your questions plus a list of choices, availability, and net rates. Eg. Request I have a group of 20 persons including 6 children ages 5 - 10 for April 2 - 8, 1996 and need the following services: 1. Hotel Accommodations 2. Airport Transfers Please include the commission structure and applicable taxes. Eg. Response We have provided four properties for your choice: 1. Rankin Inn - Non-Beach/Nr Airport 7 rooms @ US$108.00, Net US$97.20 Free Airport pick-up/drop-off, Free beach shuttle 2. Sleep Inn - 7M Beach 7 rooms @ US$138.00, Net US$124.20 Airport Transfer US$12.00 each way Beach access, Twn 1M, AirPort 1.5M 3. By reserving some services in advance, such as rent-a-car, cruises, diving, clients can receive better rates. Some agents will provide rent-a-car for the guest at the AirPort if reserved -- saving on transfer fees. They can also receive up to 10% if car is booked along with boat dive/snorkel/dinner cruise.Other Ways YOU Benefit
Savings normally passed directly to clients with advance reservations can be passed unto you. Eg. Book a car for 7 days and gets one day free Book a car for 4 days and a ½ day boat cruise and receive an additional 10% saving on car rate. Additionally: Hotels, condos, dive companies, rental agencies and other services at times offer reduced rates which you may not be aware of at the time. We will pass these savings to you as well. When you make your queries or reservations with us, both list rates and net rates are provided in addition to other savings. You can then pass these savings to you clients if you wish.The Booking Process
