1. Select the property you want to stay. If you are not sure on which property is best for you, let us know what you are looking for and what your budget is like. We will send you a list of properties and services you can choose from.
2. Decide on your travel dates. Rates are lower in Summer, Apr16 to Dec15 Winter is Dec 16 to Apr 15 with higher rates. Booking months in advance can mean significant savings in air fares as well as accommodations.
3. Do you want a car? If you want a rent-a-car, make sure you take a-long your driver's licence.
4. Do you want to dive and or a cruise?
5. How many persons are travelling? Let us know how many persons are travelling, and how they will be sharing rooms or accommodations. It is also helpful to include the ages of children under 12 that are with the group.

Once we receive your fax, e-mail, or your quotation request, we will...

1. Provide a list of accommodations that meet your request and budget.
2. Make your reservations. Reservations are confirmed with a credit card or other method of payment.
3. We will advise you on prepayment conditions as they vary from property to property.
4. Provide confirmation letters on accommodation and other services included in your trip.
5. Provide all airport transfer details wherever applicable.
